BI Knowledge Sharing - Expert Business Consultants and Trainers

BI Knowledge Sharing was founded in 2006 by Henri Theuwissen and Nancy Croonen and offers Business Intelligence training and consulting services. Nancy (more than 25 years) and Henri (more than 38 years) have a large experience in training services and in working with BI tools such as SAS, SAP BusinessObjects, QkView and Qlik Sense.

BI Knowledge Sharing's philosophy and professional approach revolves around the sharing of their extensive knowledge to enable clients to get the most out of their BI tools and to optimise their own as well as their company's performance.

We strongly believe that it is important to follow continuous training and to maintain good relations with the software suppliers, in order to keep more abreast of the latest developments in BI software. Below are a few examples to illustrate our commitment to this ethos:

  • We have attended more than 20 international SAS user group meetings in the USA and Canada (SAS Global Forum). We were invited several times as public speakers to give presentations (more than 10).
  • We have attended more than 10 international (USA) and European BusinessObjects user group meetings In Henri was also invited as a public speaker to give 9 different presentations.
  • Furthermore, Henri Theuwissen wrote two white papers for SAP BusinessObjects.

Nancy Croonen

Nancy claims: "A good trainer must be a combination of a teacher and a consultant. You need to have good didactic skills, be structured and have experience in real projects and not just theoretical knowledge. You need to find the best balance in what you explain: avoid diving into too many details, with the danger that you 'lose' your audience. You must also have a sufficient background to be able to provide meaningful input on any question, even outside the scope of the training"
